Field of Use

· Plasma Cutting Industry

This industry is mainly used for hafnium wires, hafnium grains, which are used as electrode heads in the plasma cutting industry. The principle of plasma cutting machine is to use the high energy density and instantaneous high temperature of plasma to melt the metal material, so as to realize the cutting, welding and other processes.
 

· Evaporated Materials for the Vaporization Industry

Vacuum evaporation coating, referred to as evaporation plating, refers to the vacuum conditions, the use of certain heating evaporation evaporation coating material (or film material) and make it gasification, particles fly to the surface of the substrate cohesion into a film process. Evaporation material refers to the coating material used for evaporation in vacuum evaporation.
 

· Optical Coating, Semiconductor Chip Industry

The materials commonly used for optical coating are: zirconium oxide, hafnium oxide, magnesium fluoride, silicon dioxide and other materials,.
Optical thin film evaporation is a commonly used technique for the preparation of optical thin films, based on the principle of evaporation and deposition of materials, in which the desired material is heated to its evaporation temperature, causing it to transform into a gas or vapor state. This is usually accomplished by using electron beam, resistive heating or laser evaporation. The heating source will provide enough energy to allow the material molecules to overcome surface tension and transform from a solid to a gaseous phase.
 

· Areas of Use of Crystallized Hafnium

Principle of use: Hafnium is used as a structural material in jet engines due to its fast heat absorption and exothermic properties (up to one times faster than zirconium and titanium). Hafnium's refractory nature allows it to be used as a blade in turbojet airplanes and in solidified point-pressure jet engines. It can also be used to make valves, nozzles and other high-temperature parts.
